Bingsu (빙수) is a traditional Korean shaved ice dessert made from finely shaved milk ice, much fluffier and creamier than regular shaved ice! At Bingsu Tea we offer a variety of flavors, each with their own unique toppings. Each bingsu is a different combination of toppings, powders, and syrups depending on the flavor! Our best-sellers are the Strawberry Mango Cheese Bingsu and Halo Halo Bingsu!
All our drinks are customizable to your liking! You can adjust the sweetness level (0%, 25%, 75%, 100%), ice level (regular, light, or no ice), add any toppings of your choice, and request non-dairy options including oat milk, coconut milk, or almond milk!
Our full menu, including our popular popcorn chicken, is prepared to halal standards, making us a welcoming spot for everyone in the Sacramento community.
